Carve-Out / System separation HCM

Initially, this project was about creating a concept for the PE. From this initial project, the customer gave us the approval to develop their own target agreement tool (without SAP standard performance management) as a GUI transaction (dialog programming) including their own infotypes / tables and evaluations.

Development and support of PU12 interfaces

For this customer we developed various PU12 interfaces including own function modules and tables. The PU12 interface has been made available worldwide in the customer’s system. For the specialist department we have provided support worldwide here.

Within this project, we introduced performance management with colleagues. We adapted the Internet Appraisals, prepared evaluations in the field of personnel development, helped with the globalization of this system and supervised and extended the performance management in many other projects.
